The target groups of the project are:
1. The citizens of Kardzhali municipality, from all the ethnic and social groups, including the Roma
2. Specialists in the field of cultural heritage from Bulgaria, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein – historians, archeologists, researchers, architects with special interest in the ancient and medieval history of the Balkan peninsular. Also, representatives of institutions responsible for the preservation of cultural heritage.
3. Visitors of the archeological complex “Perperikon” – bulgarian and foreign tourists, students, retirees and citizens from other social groups.
